We usually reply within 2–3 business days. Writing in English, Japanese or Chinese is all fine.
It counts from your last completed eye-care session. Pick an interval in the settings page — 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours or 3 hours — and once that much time has passed, your cat says something. Finishing a session starts the count over.
That is the whole mechanism. CatRest does not measure how long you use your phone and does not ask for Screen Time permission — it only needs permission to send notifications.

Yes. Set the reminder interval to "off" in the settings page. Everything else — eye exercises, adventures, collecting — keeps working.
Three ways, all free: finishing an eye exercise session earns jerky based on its length, the daily check-in gives you 5, and meeting your daily goal gives you another 5. You can also buy a bucket of 200 if you would rather not wait.
Adventures take real time, and your cat sends letters along the way. At a fork in the road she stops and asks which way to go — she will wait there indefinitely until you answer, so if she seems stuck, open the mailbox and check for an unanswered letter.
Collect the three items that cat brings home from her adventures, then invite her from the collection page. Inviting a new cat requires the one-time "A House Full of Cats" purchase; the first cat is yours from the start.
Every cat who has not yet moved in has an equal chance. The box never gives you a cat you already have.
Purchases are delivered by Apple and can occasionally arrive late, especially with Ask to Buy or a poor connection. First try Restore Purchases at the bottom of the settings page. If it still hasn't arrived after restarting the app, email us with the date of purchase and we will help.
No. CatRest has three one-time purchases and no subscription of any kind. There is nothing that renews or that you need to cancel.
Progress syncs through your own iCloud account. On the new device, sign in to the same Apple ID with iCloud Drive enabled, then open CatRest — your cats, photographs and records should reappear. For purchases, tap Restore Purchases in the settings page.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by the developer. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Yes, entirely. CatRest makes no network requests at all. iCloud sync is handled by the system, not by the app.
Yes — there is a language setting inside the app. CatRest is available in English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, German, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
