By downloading or using Start. (“the App”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The developer grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
The App offers a 7-day free trial that begins at first launch. After the trial, a single one-time purchase unlocks the App permanently for your Apple ID. The price is shown in the App Store before you buy. All sales are processed by Apple; refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
You are responsible for the activity data you enter. “Reward time” is a personal productivity aid only — it has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss of data or other damage arising from use of the App.
Do not misuse the App, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law.
These Terms may be updated in future versions of the App. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
