「想说就译」(以下简称「本应用」)是一款帮助你把母语表达转换为地道英文并进行词汇、语法学习的工具。我们高度重视你的隐私,并在设计上尽量减少数据的收集与传输。本政策说明本应用如何处理与你相关的信息。

为实现翻译与学习功能,当你发起一次翻译或提交反馈时,本应用会将你输入的文本内容通过我们的服务器转发给第三方大语言模型服务商(OpenAI)进行处理,并将结果返回给你。该文本属于「用户内容」,仅用于:

I. Privacy Policy (English)

1. Overview

"How to Say" ("the App") is a tool that helps you turn expressions in your native language into natural English and study vocabulary and grammar. We take your privacy seriously and minimize data collection and transmission by design. This policy explains how the App handles information related to you.

To provide translation and learning features, when you request a translation or submit feedback, the App sends the text you enter through our server to a third-party large language model provider (OpenAI) for processing, and returns the result to you. This text is "user content" and is used only to:

4. Data Stored Locally

Your vocabulary book, translation history, and app settings are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. Uninstalling the App or clearing data in Settings removes them.

5. Third-Party Processing

The App uses OpenAI's API for text generation. The text you enter is sent to OpenAI for processing, subject to OpenAI's own policies. We transmit only the text necessary to perform the translation, with no identifying information attached.

6. Feedback Data

When you actively submit feedback via "Report a problem," the source and translated text you choose to report are used to improve translation quality. Such submissions contain no identifying information and are entirely voluntary.

7. Data Retention

Anonymous caches used for quality improvement are retained as needed; because they contain no identifying information, they cannot and will not be used to identify any individual. Local data remains under your control.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience, is not designed for children under 13, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Your Rights

Because we do not collect information that identifies you, there is no account-bound personal data held by the App. You may remove all information on your device at any time by clearing local data or uninstalling the App. For questions, contact us at the email below.

1. 服务说明

本应用提供的翻译、词汇与语法解析仅供语言学习参考,由人工智能自动生成,不保证完全准确,不应作为专业、医疗、法律或其他正式场合的依据。

2. 免费额度与会员功能

本应用免费提供每日有限次数的翻译,并开放词典释义、语法详解与单词本查看等功能。语法练习与单词练习为会员专属功能,需订阅后解锁。

II. Terms of Use (English)

1. The Service

The translations, vocabulary, and grammar analyses provided by the App are for language-learning reference only. They are generated automatically by AI, are not guaranteed to be fully accurate, and should not be relied upon for professional, medical, legal, or other official purposes.

2. Free Tier & Membership Features

The App offers a limited number of free translations per day, along with dictionary definitions, grammar explanations, and vocabulary-book viewing. Grammar practice and word practice are membership-only features that require a subscription to unlock.

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose and not to abuse the service through automated scripts or similar means.

5. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property of the App and its interface, design, and original content belongs to the developer. Dictionary data licensing is described under "Third-Party Data Acknowledgment" below.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
